Evaluation is required to start therapy. The evaluation will give us insight into what their care plan Frequency and duration of therapy is individualized to each client Speech visits are anywhere from 1 time per week to 5 times per week depending on individual needs Discharge when stated goals are met
Our administrator is present from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Our clinicians treat Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday hours are limited. We are not open on Saturdays or Sundays.
Staff may reschedule on Saturdays or complete evaluations by appointment on Saturdays. We are not routinely open on Saturdays.
No. Evaluations are required one time per year. If your child was evaluated elsewhere, we can utilize this evaluation to create the care plan. If you feel that evaluation was not sufficient, we can certainly plan formal or informal evaluations.
Prior to your initial visit with us, we will call to verify eligibility and benefits. This will provide us information as to what your insurance covers, as well as what the expected financial responsibility would be for you. Eligibility and benefits are not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. We work diligently to ensure we have the most up to date information as possible.
We offer services at private pay rates. We also offer package deals at discounted rates. Please contact us directly for these rates.
A superbill requires you to pay our private pay rate. Upon receipt of payment, we will provide the superbill with information for you to self-submit the claim. Your insurance company reimburse at the rate which they pay speech therapy services - which may be equal or less than our private pay rate. Please call your insurance company to verify your eligibility and benefits - be sure to ask if prior authorization is required to self submit.
No. We are not Mass Health Providers.
No, we do not provide services in your home. We only offer services in our clinic(s) and via tele therapy.
Yes, you can receive services at our facility along with your EI Provider.
We will call to verify eligibility and benefits from early intervention services as coverage may vary.
We will conduct our own independent evaluation to determine candidacy for speech services. Outpatient speech therapy services are based off medically necessity. School eligibility and medical eligibility are not generally aligned.
Yes, we currently offer tele therapy services. This is subject to change based off insurance coverage.
