Payment toward copays, coinsurance and deductible is expected at the time of service. For your convenience, we take credit card, checks, and cash. We also have online payment options.
There is a charge (not billable to insurance) for no shows and late cancellations, please be sure to make contact with the office if you require modifications to your schedule. We appreciate 24 hour notice for all modifications and cancellations. See office policies for more information
We are not Mass Health providers or Medicare providers.
If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide you with a super bill and documentation to support your claims. You can self submit these claims for reimbursement once therapy visits are completed.
Private pay packages available for discounted rate with payment in full at the start of services, please contact us for more information.
We are offering in person and virtual speech therapy services. Virtual services may be dependent on insurance coverage.
Spaces are limited in person.
We request continued use of facial coverings regardless of vaccination status.
We take BCBS, Allways, Cigna, HP, United, NH Medicaid, Tufts Commercial, Aetna.
We do not take Mass Health.
